Our activity, that has its main location in Rome and a branch in Pomezia (Velletri), is supported by two principal lawyers who manage several assistants in developing the study of single case as well part of projects.
Our office lawyer manages mainly civil and commercial law and, in particular, the following legal topics:
- banking and insurance law;
- new technologies law;
- tort law;
- family law.
In these contexts, we provide a full and qualified service, both in no or pre – iudicial activity (negoziation managing with banks, insurance companies and public or private organizations, contract managing, etc.) and in iudicial activity.
Other field of our main business is arbitration.
In international context we put particular attention in analysing the spanish spoken countries law (Spain and South America), that allows us to provide our service, with the eventual contribution of local lawyers, both Italian clients in deal with these countries and foreign clients (Spanish or South Americans) in deal with Italian context. Our Office is member of the Chamber of Commerce of Spain in Italy.
Our service also includes support in penal or administrative question related to the field above pointed out.
The office activity can trust in a continuing up dating of basic materials (laws, rules, sentences) both in domestic and international contexts (EU and extra EU), that allows us quickly settle, linked to the full awarness that our clients operate in a changing law scenary.
Our approach, therefore, is characterized by a clear and contributive relation with our clients: particular attention is put to inform (and to bring up date) the client about the development of his/her case.
This way to set the matter allows us to create a really efficient context, that includes among its main clients: Primary Italian Banks, Local Public Administrations, Companies involved in the third sector (domestic delivery firms, several electronic and telecommunication companies), as well a firm belonged to aprimary european industrial group over a lot of private people.
